Projectopia Project Management – Reporting Add-On
This add-on to Projectopia Core plugin allows to generate reports from Projectopia Core data and display on screen as well as export in various formats (PDF, CSV, Excel, Print, Copy)
The plugin requires Projectopia Core v4.0.0 or higher.
To install the plugin, first make sure you have Projectopia 4.0.0 or higher. Upload zip file via WordPress and Enable plugin.
This is a zero configuration plugin, which means that when it is installed it can be used right away. The reporting section is located in the Projectopia Core Administration menu.
What reports are available?
- Project Time
- project Income
- Project Revenue / Expenditure (Requires Expenses)
- Members of team members
- Team Membership Expenses (Requires Expenses)
- Income of the customer
- Expenses (Requires Expenses)
- Revenue / Expenditure (Requires Expenses)
- Total sales tax
- Secondary sales tax total
- Supplier Expenses (Requires Expenses)
How does it work?
The reporting add-on is designed to be as easy to use as possible. Everything can be run from a page.
Just select a report type and a topic if required (eg, a specific project or team member).
Select an optional date range and tap Generate Report.
Your selected report appears under the Generation Form report.
You can change items per. Page, and you can export the report in different formats by clicking one of the export buttons.
